Mama’s milk is an herbal tea blend that was created to help mothers who are breastfeeding and or pumping that need an extra boost of love to keep the milk flowing.
Blended with red raspberry leaf, fenugreek seed powder, fennel, dandelion leaf, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf and blessed thistle 🧑🏽🍼🤱🏽
Brewing Recommendation:
👉🏾Bring 1 cup of water to boiling, remove from heat.
👉🏾Add 1-3 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer
👉🏾Pour water over herbs or teabag and steep for 10 mins.
👉🏾Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired and enjoy!
